1. Who we are and how to contact us
This policy covers the FoldyPop app, published by Soltek Mines SL, tax identification number B01642966. Privacy and support contact: soltekmines@gmail.com. Soltek Mines SL is the controller of personal information it receives directly for support or requests.
2. No gameplay collection for advertising or profiling
FoldyPop does not require an account and has no advertising, remote analytics SDK, advertising tracking or user profiling. It does not collect names, ages, contact details or gameplay history to send to Soltek Mines SL servers. We do not sell user data or share gameplay data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use gameplay input to train artificial intelligence models. These statements must be distinguished from Apple transactions and communications you voluntarily send to support, described below.
3. Information that stays on the device
The game uses touches and, on compatible devices, hinge and orientation information locally. It saves sound and volume preferences, calibration, selected character, guide state and progress. Local purchase-offer state prevents repeated presentations; it is not an advertising profile. This information runs the interactions and remembers your choices and is not automatically sent to the developer. FoldyPop provides no game archive or synchronization on its own servers. Device backups depend on operating-system settings and services.
4. Permissions, assets and local diagnostics
The game does not request microphone, camera, contacts or location access. Game images, animations and sounds are bundled with the app. The code may retain local technical records about interface, rendering, audio and purchase operation; these records are not automatically uploaded to Soltek Mines SL. They are not advertising tracking tools. Operating-system diagnostics and the corresponding Apple controls are separate from gameplay features.
5. Purchases and Apple services
When you purchase or restore the unlock, StoreKit and Apple handle the transaction and entitlement verification. The app uses technical product, transaction and purchase-status information, including approvals, refunds and revocations, to grant or remove access. We do not receive card numbers, Apple Account credentials or banking details. Apple handles its own data under its policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. No gameplay tracking does not mean that an Apple transaction involves no data processing by Apple.
6. Sharing that you choose
Share opens the system share sheet only on request and lets you choose a destination. The app does not automatically publish or send content on your behalf. Your chosen service handles what you share under its own rules. Merely opening the share sheet does not send progress or game data to Soltek Mines SL.
7. If you contact support
If you voluntarily email us, we receive your email address and message, including attachments you choose to send. We use them to reply, resolve the issue and handle legal requests, not for marketing or profiling. Providing information is optional, although without contact details or a description we may be unable to respond. Do not send passwords, card numbers or sensitive information. Contract-related requests are processed to provide support; general questions are handled in our legitimate interest in responding; legal obligations may also apply. We do not make automated decisions about individuals.
8. Email service and required disclosures
The support address uses Gmail, so a voluntary message is also processed by the email provider's infrastructure. Google explains its processing and potential international transfers at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks. We do not forward requests for advertising or data sales. Disclosure to authorities may be required by law. Apple services and destinations you select through Share operate under their respective policies. We therefore do not claim that no external party ever processes information when you purchase, email or choose to share.
9. Retention, deletion and backups
Preferences, progress and local technical records remain on the device while app data is kept, until replaced or erased. You may change settings in the menu and delete the app and its data from your device; offloading without erasing app data may retain it. Manage backups through device or backup-service controls. Apple's purchase records are separate and are not erased by deleting the game. Support emails are retained as needed to handle the request and any applicable obligations or disputes, after which unnecessary information is deleted; you may request deletion or information about applicable retention periods.
10. Children and adults
The same gameplay privacy choices apply to children and adults: no account, public chat, advertising or request for identifying information while playing. The app does not ask for birth dates or profile people by age. A parent or guardian should contact support about a child and avoid unnecessary personal information. Purchase authorization depends on the Apple Account and available Apple controls.
11. Rights and complaints
For personal information we have actually received, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or object in the circumstances provided by law. Email soltekmines@gmail.com; we will respond within statutory time limits and verify identity only as necessary. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including Spain's AEPD or your local authority. You need not create an account or send new information to play. We have no remote copy to retrieve or delete for information that exists only on your device.
12. Website and updates
This policy covers the FoldyPop app. External websites and services have their own privacy notices. A visit to a website may involve technical processing by its hosting provider, such as an IP address and access logs; website-specific processing must be explained by that website. The BetMines website policy does not automatically become this app’s policy. If the app’s data practices change, we will update this policy and the relevant App Store privacy declarations and obtain any authorizations required by law.
